anticipointment

Most of the definitions here are simply defining "disappointment". Anticipointment is trickier than that: it's anticipating something (usually eagerly) that you expect to be disappointed by on some level as well. It's not simply anticipation followed by disappointment; it's kinda both at the same time.

The classic example is the computer-user who eagerly anticipates a price-drop on new components, but knows that the price drops because of even newer technology - which they can't afford. The user is trapped in a continuing state of anticipointment.

antichode

(n) The oppposite of a chode; a long, stringy, unusually thin penis. Can be associated with tall people with a body type similar to the antichode itself, often "nerdy" or "dorky" in nature and befitting the qualities of someone who seems like they absolutely must have an antichode.

This limp string bean looks kind of like an antichode.

Anticipation High

The high you get when you are about to use a drug. Not an actual high, but a feeling of being high before you get high. Similar to a contact high. Can make the police think you are high when they pull you over, but you were simply looking forward to getting high.

"Dude, did you smoke up before i got here?"

"Nah man, it's just an anticipation high."

Door lock anticipation

That brief period between when the driver gets in the car and when he unlocks the passenger door for a friend waiting to get into the car.

The passenger often tries to open the door a few times before it is actually unlocked. Sometimes the attempts to open the door and the actual unlocking of it coincide, and the attempt negates the unlocking.

Hey, keep your door lock anticipation under control! Quit trying to open the door until I unlock it!
