Keyser is located in the panhandle of West Virginia and like most small towns everyone knows everyone. They have recently been devastated by the drug epidemic that plagued the United States and Keyser is fighting back. They are having open seminars and discussions providing support groups and the city police are cracking down on the no drug policy. Keyser youth are being taught right from wrong and being molded into a productive part of the community. Keyser is fighting the war on drugs.
