A bold, unconventional snack consisting of a chilled, premium all-beef frankfurter infused with a spicy corn chip (traditionally a Taki). The chip is inserted into the center of the link and allowed to sit for ten minutes, softening the crunch while seasoning the beef from the inside out with lime and chili acidity.
