Metal Geek

A Metal Geek, is a metal head that prides themselves on on there loyalty of shitty metal bands, they tend to hate all mainstream metal bands, and will turn on them at the first sight of success. They treat metal as if it was there own country club, It takes a special kind of metal head, to be a metal geek, usually ghostly white and pimply looking, one can recognize them from there distinct unhealthy overzealous love of Slayer, and there fondness for Swedish death metal bands, they tend to loath the metal bands, Metallica, Trivium, Bullet For My Valentine, As I Lay Dying, and Avenged Sevenfold, basically any metal band that has to much success, some of the most hardcore metal geeks, have even turned on Slayer, because they won a Grammy.

Dave wearing his Children of Bodom t shirt, walks up to Daniel and says. "Hey dude, check out my band Wargayzm, our band makes fun of Trivium, and stuff." Daniel reply's "DUDE, you are so fat, and have red frizzy hair, im not buying your crappy CD" Dave is the epitome of a "metal geek".

nerdy geek

One who encompasses qualities of both nerds and geeks. This complex being cannot be stereotyped as one or the other.

Nerdy Geek is but not limited to a member of the ADP BMW tech support team who has deep and often obsessive interests in overeating, blowing up hard drives and power supplies, excessive speeding in cars, flooding fish tanks, buying too many clothes, playing too many darts and drinking not enough beers!

contact geek

A contact geek is a person who left to their own devices would not typically be a geek. A person who is a contact geek understands anime, videogame, coding and/or science references only because they've heard these terms mentioned by their geek friends and at some point have suffered an explanation by those same friends. A good manager will often become a contact geek as a matter of survival.

On the show "Saved By the Bell", Zack was the coolest character in high school but he was also a contact geek due to his close friendship with Screech.
