Pretending that you know what your talking about, perhaps knowing one detail and thus using that to validate yourself. Making an elaborate argument when you really don't know that much about what you are talking about, and attempting to sound intellingent by saying phrases like the "Republican Party" and "this administration". A way of making yourself feel good by attempting to coming across as intelligent by doing nothing more than reciting talking points you've heard on various news outlets. Acting like your really envolved with world events when really you know very little.
