Alternatively, said to a teammate who gets killed while doing so.

Orginated from Pac-Man, where you earned bonus points for eating the fruit.

"Dammit, Matt, I told you not to worry about looting the corpse until after we killed all the thugs! Now we're both dead! Fruit, Matt! Fruit!"

Fruit by the Foot

When a roll of Fruit by the foot is inserted into a well lubricated orifice on the body. Then a small piece is pulled out to get it started, and from there someone uses only there mouth to eat the roll, all while the person containing the snack holds it in so it doesn't pop out until it's gone.
Many variations exist on this act.

Fruit by the Foot:
