butthole surfer

One who practices butthole surfing - the act of intravenously injecting an aqueous solution of both LSD and heroin (or another interchangably potent opioid analgesic). The author strongly discourages this kind of behavior, being considerably more risky than IV self-administration of either compound independently, which is saying alot.

The name was of course also adopted by the well known Texan acid-punk band the Butthole Surfers.

An example of this kind of a butthole surfer is totally superfluous by virtue of the self-explanatory nature of the above definition

butthole game

A variation of the "penis game" where players progressively yell the word butthole in public locations. The player to yell it the loudest without getting "caught" is declared the winner. A player can also be declared a winner with a "GAME-SET-MATCH"; this is when a player yells the word butthole at such a high caliber and level that it can not be defeated by any other player.

Purple Butthole Syndrome

The sometimes after effects of anal but most notoriously doodoovoodoo where the area around the butthole is purple from bruising.

Note: most likely only occurs in women....and lady boys from Thailand.

Note2: call it PBS when around elders...they'll think your smart.

Tatum: Dude after that night of doodoovoodoo with Alayna I think I might have given her Purple Butthole Syndrome...should I worry about her?
