An article or blog, read on the computer, that is so fast moving, interesting or captivating that the reader is anticipating the what the next screen, by scrolling down, will hold. Similar to a 'page-turner' that a good novel is referred to.
"Justin's new blog on his movie review website was phenomenal, a real screen-scroller. I couldn't take my eyes off of the monitor."
"Did you see the latest rant on Justin's blog? It was a real screen-scroller because I couldn't wait to read what he was going to attack next."

If you turn your brightness all the way up on your device and project a white screen on it, it will generate better lighting for when youre filming videos, on face time etc. People normally do this before sleeping on call with their boyfriend/girlfriend
Person A: “Whatd you search up ‘white screen’ for”
Person B: “Oh I was just on call with my girlfriend last night”
Person B: “Oh I was just on call with my girlfriend last night”

A person who grows up with screen time limits for YouTube imposed by parents, but the same person doesn't want to impose the same screen time limits on their own future children. Persons like this are usually born from the first generation to grow up with YouTube, i.e. Generation Z (born 1997~2012).
As a screen time rebel, I remember how strict my parents were about YouTube, but I want my kids to explore and enjoy content freely, just like I wish I could have.
