An Event

What your company's HR will call direct workers action, such as a strike, to avoid verbiage indicating fault or inciting further "events". A word so intentionally vague it can unironically be used to explain the happenings of varying amplitudes from a staged walkout to a mass shooting.

"Yesterday, our family here at insert company name, had An Event on the shipping floor from which several individuals will not be returning." -Linda, HR.

A saying that means if you commit enough bad actions, eventually those actions will spiral out of your control.

"Remember Sarah, who used to take Adderall in college? She just got arrested for aggravated assault and petty theft."

I asked how to play Thirteen on CE, it worked; I asked on LUE, no one responded.

odds or evens

a game played among friends and enemies alike. Player one asks player two to choose between odds or evens. When player two chooses between the two, Player one continues to rip out leg hairs from player two's leg. Player one counts the number of leg hair obtained. If Player two called odds and the number of hairs was odd, the game moves on to player one choosing odd or even. If player two was wrong, he will choose once again between odd or even and then the game will continue until player two has won the round, or until one person runs out of leg hair. In this instance arm hair may become a substitute for leg hair.

Did you see Mike's leg? There is a big clump of hair missing from when we played "odds or evens" last night... I totally beat that towel.

an adjective describing the near future with an aspect of ambiguity.

used usually to describe (or estimate) an amount of time in which something will happen or amount of time in which a person will (or possibly will not) accomplish something.

"I have to be home eventuallyish"

"I'll mow the lawn eventuallyish"

"I'm going to need the rent money eventuallyish"

"I'll get that report done eventuallyish"
