To demand, particularly rudely and with moderate to obnoxious amounts of arguably unintentional profanity, an immediate method of effective relief. Most commonly known to occur in the inappropriate sector of an otherwise accommodating facility at a premature time, following an unexpected onset of excruciating and intolerable physical pain.

Those in the waiting room gawked at the broken armed girl's crazed display at the hospital check-counter as she began to pull a steven for the most powerful pain reducing medicine available.
