Variation of bamboo only found in the vast region of North Africa. Where the wamboozies (also known as the wamboozlers) can be found. It's the main delacacy of the Lakasi tribe.

wampuh.

An exclamation used to indicate when one has tried to be witty but has failed horribly (especially when intoxicated). Often used in those awkward silences after someone has tried to use a witicism among a group of friends. One may use "wampuh" against a friend or one may use it on themself upon realizing their failure at impressing others with what could have been scathing wit.

girl: "It's hot in here. Dayumm."
guy: "wampuh."
girl: "...?"
guy: (two hours later) "Wow. I sent that thinking I would impress you (mind you, I'm stoned) but now I realize how moronic that sounded. Hah."

girl1: "How are you feeling today?"
guy1: "Your mom."
girl2: "wow. Wampuh."
