"Clotch" doesn't have a definition, it is simply used to replace full words, or half of a word for no good reason.

clothestrophobia

The fear of wearing too tight of clothes, or over-constricting attire. This irrational fear could be due to a variety of reasons including the desire to conform to an urban dress code, or simply due to a low body image.

Jenny: Man, Richie sags his pants constantly! Look at how ghetto he is!
Billy: Yeah, man, he's totally got clothestrophobia. I have never seen him wear proper fitting jeans!

Clothing porn

The act of logging onto a designer/brand website and filling your shopping basket with every item of clothing you see that you like just to see how much money it would cost if money was no object. Similar in respects to food porn in that it just involves looking at different clothes and drooling because your wardrobe is disgustingly empty.

A student looks at clothing porn because he has no clean clothes to wear in real life.

Neomodern clothes

The type of clothes the people in the neomodern movement wear. There are diferent styles but the one thing they have in common is that they differ greatly from modern clothing.

The most popular clothes are togas like those worn by the ancient greeks and romans, and other clothes are of the style that looks like it came right of , "connan the barbaran", and others are what is termed porn clothes or in other words what some people wear in porn films before they take them off.
The one thing that these clothes say is, " I am not part of the modern world".
