Then you would need a mechanism by which to identify it happening in schools and in workplaces and an incentive structure for reporting and a punishment for participating or instigating or propagating. AND THEN... Your kids, friends, and siblings get murdered less. There is less of an incentive to murder you. You DON'T get stabbed to death in the night by your own kids because their mental health isn't being sandpapered away by the people around them. But even of Candy O is right...
