It's a trend about getting "back to basics" and enjoying the simpler things in life, rather than getting stressed out and worrying over nothing. You can stay home and cupcake with your boyfriend by watching an old favorite movie or cupcake with your friends and look at the sky or color in a kids' coloring book. Related to vegging, but cuter.
