When someone attempts to give a "Vinny Caruso" and fails, the Brooklyn batter is said to appear from the trunk of a '96 Chevy Caprice with a baseball bat and straighten things out.

After getting a blumpkin from a girl, I tried to give a girl the Vinny Caruso but I didn't have enough gas left, so the Brooklyn Batter came out and took his revenge on me off 26th and Douchebag

Way much better is an adjective a person may use to describe something as superior. It may also be used to close off a debate with someone suggesting an alternative. Even though there is no factual reason explaing why something is way much better, its undersood by those discussing that by saying way much better there is no need to exlpain why or how or details.
