People who refuse to upgrade their mobile devices, won't participate on social media, and miss out on cultural trends and events because of their devout belief that technology and digital media are terrible.

My brother is coming over to watch a movie at my house because his TV is from 2007, he can only get Netflix by streaming it through his old Playstation 3, and he won't buy a Roku because he's digitally Amish.

This guy, Chuck, I know is Neo-Amish. He homeschools his 6 kids and doesn’t allow them contact outside their “community”. He has a cellphone, but not his wife or kids. They don’t own a television and live in the middle of nowhere with 4 other (unrelated) families. The whole set up feels like a safe place for; pedophiles, child brides, and sexual abuse.
