The combination of ship (mostly warship) and waifu (Japanese pronounciation of "wife" in English), the latter was mostly used to refer anime girls (2D girls). Use affectionately or jokingly by users to address their (mostly) virtual warships in online games or media.

As the ship is usually referred to as a female, plus the online card game Kantai Collection (KanColle for short) turned the warships into cute girls (moe anthropomorphism) donned with warship equipment to fight against the enemy, many players use shipfu to make a slight difference between a 2D shipgirl (known as KanMusu) and a 2D anime girl.

Also, the word shipfu could also refer to virtual ship without any anthropomorphism in some online naval battle game like World of Warships, though this action often leads to discrimination by some players who did not want their ships to be turned into girl or to be femininization in that way.
A: Why did someone call warships shipfu?
B: Because they love their ships, they want their ships to be cute girls, they want to marry their ships. You can do it in Kantai Collection.

EM Shipper

An Eremika shipper, or more specifically a toxic Eremika, who forces their ship into the faces of other Attack on Titan shippers who do not ship Eremika is referred to as a toxic "EMTard" or simply "EM". These shippers have earned the enmity of their own community, an achievement only the most toxic of fans can match. Until the end of Attack on Titan, this word was not utilized. When the toxicity and hatred between shippers reached an all-time high, including stalking, harassment, queerphobia, and a common pattern of misreading the source material, tensions between shippers reached an all-time high.
Person A: "Personally, I don't ship Eremika, I'm more of a (XYZ) shipper."
Person B: "You're just mad that your ship isn't canon! Cope, seethe, stop being so mad~!"
Person C: "Don't bother debating with them, they're another toxic EM shipper."

shipping

A term used to describe fan fictions that take previously created characters and put them as a pair. It usually refers to romantic relationships, but it can refer platonic ones as well. (Just think of "shipping" as short for "relationSHIP".)
It generally uses the initials of the characters shipped or a combination of the names, though this is not a rule.

The nicest person in the world. She will light up a room. And will never cease to make you smile. Shipra is the most stunning person in the world. All the boys are after her, while being very flirtatious herself she really only likes one person. Everyone she meets will fall in love with her because of her staggering beauty. The technical equivalent of a boatload, also known as a heck of a lot. A polite euphemism for a similar but more profane expression.
"Are you going bowling with the guys?"
"Dude, I wish: my English teacher gave us a shipload of reading to do over the weekend."
"So are you going bowling then?"
"Yeah."
