These people have a disbalance of the human growth hormone where large amounts of it become concentrated in one's cooch through the bloodstream. The resulting physiology of these people makes them highly attractive as the pheromones they release cause instant arousal in nearby people regardless of their sex. When unchecked, people with FCD may cause uncontrollable lapses in libido, dangerous increased blood pressure and (in men) erections so hard that it hurts. There is unfortunately no know cure for this disorder.
