Pukcab is a phrase used in place of the last name in your backup FaceBook account, as you cannot use the phrase "Backup" anywhere in your name on your FaceBook profiles, so it's the perfect way to get around FaceBook's strange laws, just so in case for whatever reason you loose access to your main account, or it gets blocked, suspended, banned, or deleted, you can have your other account ready to go, as long as you keep it as up to date with your main account. Just make sure you don't post what got your first account disabled on your Pukcab account.
Pukcab Accounts are more common for Roleplayers than regular FaceBook users.

FaceBook Roleplayer 1: "Hey man, what happened to your account? Did you delete me? Last night I got on my FaceBook to reply to you, and I didn't have the messages from you, and you weren't in my friends list. Did you delete me, bro?

FaceBook Roleplayer 2: "No, man! My account got deleted because of those sexy pictures I edited and posted up there."

Spin-And-Puke

Generic term for any kind of a rotating, spinning ride at an amusement park or traveling carney that has a reputation for turning the stomach around, as well as the rider, and through a combination of G-forces can induce queasiness and in some cases, vomiting. Even worse when the person has just eaten before getting on and spews on you.

Rides such as The Scrambler can be considered as Spin-And-Pukes. A Merry-Go-Round or rides intended for children are too mild to be considered Spin-And-Pukes.

There's a carney over by City Hall. Let's go ride some spin-and-pukes.

Sure, let's go to Cedar Pointe. I'm in the mood for a good spin-and-puke.

I used to be able to handle the spin-and-pukes when I was younger, but the merry-go-round is about all I can handle today.

A foreshortened name for going to Quaker Steak and Lube, and getting blazed to such a degree that you actually barf. Auxiliary actions may or may not include: ordering milk as your drink, not actually eating any food, not being able to speak.

"Hey man, how was last night? I heard you went to Quaker Steak and Lube with some guys?"

"Yeah man, but this one guy ended up doing a Quaker Bake and Puke, he made a mess everywhere in the bathroom."
