Lawyers are the original suits given they tend to be corporate creatures, adept at role playing and projecting an outwardly image of reality onto observers around them, they wear a literal suit, and they also bring (law)suits in cases of litigious proceedings.
Mike Ross is a Suit in the eponymously named TV Series, but a lawyer could argue that both he and Harvey are innately human and surprisingly deep, rich characters, for which the series ironically owes much of it's success.
