Chill the Chilli Beans is kind of oxymoronic as, CHILL is a way of cooling down something, CHILLI is hot and BEANS is used because of the phrase 'full of beans' meaning crazy. CHILL THE CHILLI BEANS is a funky way of saying 'calm those crazy hot beans'.
