toad loaf

an insult describing someone who is unpleasant to be around. It can also be used to describe a disgustingly lazy person.
Toads are disgusting and loaf is used to describe laziness.
Basically a more creative way to say slob.

"You toad loaf! Get your shoes out of the middle of the floor!"
