A report on how stroke-worthy something is, almost exclusively something of a pornographic nature.
A rating to quantify a subject's stroke-value.

My buddy saw that porno, his stroke report wasn't great. He said the scenes didn't have much stroke value.

stroke my nerd

The ability to communicate information, usually of a technical nature, in a way that is entertaining and compelling. Salespeople are usually socially oriented, but lack the ability to speak intelligently about advanced technology. Engineers are technically capable, but classically lack communication or social skills. Someone who can 'stroke my nerd' is a contradictory combination of both.

That data center salesperson really knew how to stroke my nerd. Listening to her talk about those connection specs really gave me a brain boner, but those rackmounts gave me a full on nerdgasm.
