Romeose 

A state of being, in that the person afflicted is in a state of constant whining, due to the unrequited love of another. Taken from the name Romeo, a character from a Shakespearean tragedy who is even introduced as pining for another girl, and the word Morose, meaning gloomy.

We were going to see if Amber wanted to hang out with us, but she was being really Romeose and wouldn't stop whining about how James doesn't love her.
