They have zero loyalty and make moves based purely on self-interest—whether it’s for a higher salary, better perks, or personal gain. Like a chicken scavenging for crumbs, they’ll flock anywhere the juiciest deal is.

Don’t waste time training him he’s a deal chicken. He’ll quit as soon as someone offers an extra dollar.
