officially NON-Official Time away, typically reserved only for upper management, so they can enjoy not only their earned vacation but some additional time/days off as well. This can be entire days or just some half days off - but none of it is recorded by HR.

Hey there guys - I've been working on this REALLY big deal so I'm going to take some Noncation this week and only work half days for the rest of the week. I don't have my real vacation until October, so I need some time now - I'm burned out.

A concert or other live performance where the performer is not actually performing (lip synching) or is only hologram.

Breht: When I was in Japan, I went to the Hatsune Miku Live concert. You know where the performer is actually a hologram.
Griffin: You mean you saw in her noncert. If the performer is not real it is not a concert.

Tabitha: I saw the Britney Spears Concert and she was lip synching. What a noncert.

Nonce

Acronym - Not Of Normal Criminal Element.

Usually used with reference to sex offenders but actually relates to criminal motivation. In simple terms, most crimes is motivated by money and carried out in the pursuit of wealth. Being 'not of normal criminal element' means using wealth to assist in criminal activity.

That bloke is a nonce.

This is from UK Slang, and it means "Not of Normal Criminal element", a paedophile just so you know, a lot of English people use it and sometimes say it to their mates. You don't really want to be called it, so yeah, just watch out :)
