Dash is any drink besides alcohol added to a shot (usually more), of spirits (vodka, whiskey, etc) to make your drink a little less potent but still effective

Don't put in too much dash, we don't want all this vodka to no work at all, okay!

100 Meter Dash

A euphemism used to describe the obnoxiously fast way that a friend higher than Al Pacino on stimulants (usually amphetamine or methamphetamine) is walking ahead of you; legs fast arms slow, only a walk by definition, and at this point you have to mildly jog to keep up.
