Weak like milk is a term derived from the popular internet meme of 2015, "he need some milk". This term however means the person is weak, definetly not strong, and needs to strengthen. This term is worse than calling an american a cunt or a pussy, as it refers to them being so weak, that they were birthed from a cows utter.
