Noun- A person who is thought to have relatively normal cognitive function, but has temporarily lost control or memory of all cognitive function. A king of the Tards, especially in the genre of video games. Someone who repetitively screws up or Homes Out. A person who, if you didn't know them, you'd think they were mentally impaired.

Tarlay is just one of the most amazing people you will meet. Funny, smart and dot even get me started on her hair! Beautiful mane of curls. Tarlay is just on of those people who is good at any sport they try and although they might not admit it they think you are one of the stupidest yet funniest person you have ever met.
