Percy Spliff

Derived from "Personal Spliff". A spliff that is just big enough to get one person high, usually consisting of 0.5 grams or lower. Also called a "Piner" or "Personal Piner" because the sliff or is so small.

Guy1: yo man you wanna pitch on a blunt?
Guy2: naw, ill just smoke a percy spliff.
Guy1: whateva.

Union Spliff

Where a white guy and a black guy first meet, they smoke a spliff rolled with an L, using a black rizla and a white rizla for the end. The white end is then smoked by the black guy and the black by the white guy. The acquaintance is then official.

Jamal: yo homie nice to meet you dawg.
Chris: nice to meet you too bro.
Jamal: man lets make this official with a union spliff.
Chris: neat idea Jamal.
