Get the Runkmug. A stupid dumb induvial who shits in bird carcasses and eats them, then once the shit bird is digested is then shat into a small, dead, pregnant child. You then slowly stick cactus needles into your dick and once the blood drips onto your balls you shoot reds down the body's shit filled throat until the shit is in their stomach. Once the shit is in the body's stomach you impregnant the dead fetus inside the corpse. During this process shit will come out of the corpse's many holes and all over your body until you bust. If done successfully the body will blow up into a bloody, shit filled cum mess. The dead fetus will survive this process and can be used as a condom for future use.
