Person who looks under the bathroom divider in hopes to identify the source of the foul, bowel stench

EXAMPLE:
Chris looks under the stall divider to look for Jason's pink Nike sneakers , as to lay blame on him later.

Chris was a Shoe Peeker while looking for Jason's pink Nike sneakers , as to lay blame on him later.
