Kiestering

In prison, kiestering smuggling in the ass usually accounts for a small portion of the contraband. Most inmates only kiester something if they are coming through Visiting or from outside the prison. Once they are inside they don't have to worry as much about being strip searched since they are often just given a pat-down so the need to kiester is less important.
