Happy Hookah

A "Happy Hookah" is a hookah pack that not only consists of shisha tobacco but also marijuana. There is a delicate ratio of tobacco to marijuana that should be observed. If the hookah is packed with too much marijuana it will burn, thus being wasted. A Happy Hookah can be a lot of fun especially when you are trying to kill two birds with one stone.
