Gacked

To be high or under the influence of methamphetamine for any amount of time often starting tasks that one cannot finish.

I first coined this phrase back in 1983 when I saw Bill the cat on the front of a t-shirt of someone who was exhibiting psychotic and erratic behavior due to methamphetamine use.
