Excessive teasing that leads to misspelling of common phrases. Oftentimes the teasee will get flustered and mix around words and letters to create a new variety with no meaning at all.

Tim was so upset by his colleagues teasing he complained he was getting a "lock of flack" at work.

The purpose is to build and improve relationships between two groups who often work together but sometimes for competing purposes.
