Kapitan Fala

He is know as Kapitan Fala even though he has an afro, often covered by a NY Yankees cap. You can find him in the wilderness of Wilanow, Poland or Bechatow, which is a small village(similar to the one in Borat). He enjoys to hang out with a specimen only know as “Charasz”. Currently he is occupied with eating a mixture of KFC, McDonalds and Azia. Matter of fact legend says that if you present him with a dish known as “Aroma Ji”, it will vanish within a matter of seconds. He has no drip what so ever.

Pure wonderful, nutritious chickpea kebab creation. Consisting of a variety of ingredients depending on where you go. The general things that go in it though are:
chick pea patties, tahini sauce and tabouli: (peppers, spices, cous-cous, and other delicious things)

Personally I buy mine at Tareks in Nova Scotia (if you are interested, they make fantastic falafels.)
