A mythical creature in which has a mullet and is most likely a hermaphrodite that wears short shorts. When you see it it is cursed ugliness so when you look at him you throw up for 9 hours straight. Every 1000 years he will find a mate named hayley.

To have your system access removed or reduced rendering you incapable of doing your job. This usually occurs at critical times during upgrades or implementations. It is possible to be un-daved but this is usually a long and painfull process involving providing proof of why you actually do need said access.
