(n, adj.) A negative slur to describe a person, situation, feeling, or state. Equivalent to modern usages of "shit" or "shitty."

Boy: "Nice legs. What time do they open?"
Girl: "You're a fucking chut."

(Boss to employee): "This report is complete chut. Revise it and have it on my desk before tomorrow morning."

Girl 1: "I broke up with him."
Girl 2: "Why? Are you okay?"
