Bootleggers

A social anomaly in Frontenac, Kansas where customary social & mating behaviors are forfeited for the animalistic behaviors of our caveman ancestors. Female patrons typically vary from 12 to 20 years of age, with males between 18 & 65. Frequented by those often referred to as 'that guy.' Legality aside, the establishment is widely considered to be one of the seven gateways to hell.

Often mistakingly referred to as 'the club' by students of non-four year institutions. Technically this meatmarket is a Bar & Grill though no food preparation has ever been witnessed.

Girl-1: "Wanna go to the boot tonight?"
Girl-2: "What am I 16? Hell no, I'll go to a real bar where the sanctity of my reproductive organs can be assured."

FSCC-student-1: "Wanna hit up the club tonight?"
FSCC-student-2: "It's a bar & grill, but hell yeah that place is filled with skanks."

Most of these under ground rappers use Bootleg models in their rap videos because the can't afford real ones.

bootleg tobacco

Cheap used tobacco harvested from cigarette buts and collected into gram bags. This tobacco is then rerolled or packed into a bowl. Bootleg tobacco is common where taxes on cigarettes are high. Bootleg tobacco can be sold at an incredibly low price ($1/gram) . Bootleg tobacco is also more potent because it is unfiltered and is often a mix of different kinds of cigarettes. Bootleg tobacco isn't a big market but costs tobacco companies thousands

Taxes were getting raised on cigarettes so every one switched to bootleg tobacco because it is cheap/ free
