Bogey Smokers usually smoke 8 packs of bogeys a day the bogey smoker usually is named Angel Rosario. Angel Rosario is a kid with mental problems he will talk shit about you but then a day later hey wassup what school you going to. When someone goes to the smokers section at their highschool looking for a cigarette. Usually will smoke any cigarette found on the ground, especially if it looks like it was dunked in a sewer or dirty puddle.

Since a bogey is a single cigarette a double bogey usually means chain smoking or smoking 2 cigarettes in a short amount of time but it can also be used to describe a 100's version of a cigarette, a blunt/joint or a cigar. Double bogey is almost never used to reference pipe-based smoking things like bongs or hookah.
