In the Netflix Series Bridgerton there is a scene where a man who is a bet taker has to pay out winnings. He states “I merely need two days to raise the blunt” here blunt means money

Looking through a few websites it’s apparently a known British slang word for money.

Formerly a term used in reference to a cigar, but in today's stoner society a blunt is now a cigar thats tobacco has been replaced with marijuana. People like to smoke blunts because you can smoke more than you could with a joint.

Blunted

The feeling that follows smoking a blunt. It usually makes one feel tired, weak, out of energy and like you have been "blunted". A much stronger doped feeling than smoking from a pipe or bong.

Friend: Dude, you wanna play a game of baseball?
Stoner: Nah man, I can barely move, I smoked a fatty blunt a little while ago and i'm blunted.
