beycation

A term coined in the realm of government bureaucracy, referring to the curious phenomenon of a high-ranking government procurement officer named Bey spontaneously disappearing from the office and embarking on luxurious vacations. The Beycation is characterized by an ostentatious display of opulence, with extravagant resorts, private jets, and lavish accommodations. It is believed that Beycations occur when the procurement officer's workload becomes overwhelming, and they decide to escape the mundane responsibilities of their job to indulge in leisurely pursuits. The Beycation is a source of envy and intrigue among colleagues, as they marvel at Bey's ability to seamlessly juggle taxpayer-funded procurement projects while simultaneously indulging in globe-trotting adventures. This term has gained notoriety within bureaucratic circles, often whispered in hushed tones, as government employees wonder when and where Bey will resurface from their latest escapade.

Thankfully we were able to continue working, living vicariously through Abe’s Beycation.
