Antioch a northern town in Illinois bordering Wisconsin. The water comes out of the faucet brown, your neighbor's playing the banjo on his front porch. The lake isn't well... a lake, it's more muck then anything. Bugs are crawling everywhere I mean everywhere inside and outside. The weather is unbearable. The houses are in disrepair.
