adrenalruns

The phenomenon that runners experience which is that of the sudden urge to poop, particularly during a race.

As Steven reached the halfway checkpoint at mile 13.1 he had no choice but to pull out of first place to find a porta-potty due to a bad case of the adrenalruns.

Alex's efforts to break his personal record were thwarted when he farted and realized it was actually the adrenalruns.

Mike began to sweat when he realized there were no porta-potties for the next 3 miles and he had the adrenalruns.

My pre-race nerves gave me the adrenalruns.
