Someone who has no idea of technology, the complete opposite of techosavvy. Generally reacts to techology not working for them by throwing the device on the ground abd stomping on it.

Tim, throwing the laptop on the ground is not an approriate response to not knowing hiw to find Goggle Chrome, it is the little red, yellow and green symbol on your toolbar, you don't know what a tool bar is do you? You are so technosavage.
