Break it Down Barney Style

This phrase is used when you are about to explain something to someone in very basic terms because anything too complex will confuse them, or already has confused them. Frequently used in the military. Does not usually have anything to do with sex.

"Alright, since my first explanation didn't seem to sink in for your morons, I'll break it down barney style for you."

It does not necessarily mean that YOU are GOATED with the sauce. When someone hits a triple double on Spligate Big Head Snipers that act may be considered as busting down sexual style. WITH a likelyhood of being GOATED with the sauce. By such one can extrapolate the meaning of this expression to being absolutely nutty or straight up quirked up. GEESED.
