Someone who is both strong physically and mentally. i.e. Swole- to be muscularly strong, and Soldier- apparent mental stamina to stave of effects of calamities. Usually this term is used with the soldier emphasis not on a military sense, but an urban street sense (ghetto soldier). This is where the slang term 'swole' comes into play.

"Damn, did you see Mike V. fight those three assholes at the same time?"

"Yea, and look he's not even breathing hard, he's a fucking swoldier."

Swole Temple

The University of Arizona's Student Recreation Center Expansion. It makes Globo Gym look like a Soviet-era sweat box. All of the hugest of the huge congregate and worship the gods of Bench Press and Bicep Curls. It is a life changing experience. Sleeves are not encouraged. If you aren't cracked out on NO-EXPLODE when you are there, you aren't doing it right.

Nickname for a subset of men who are fathers who are incarcerated at Soledad State Prison.

We have a special group of loving fathers here called Soledads who are striving to be there for their sons and daughters, even though they are inside and physically apart from them right now.

Being so absolutely shredded that you can no longer be classified as swole or yoked but rather a combination of the two.
