Rez dart

An unbranded cigarette, sold with 199 other unbranded cigarettes in a bag, for $12 CDN tax-free, to white people on Native reservations. Rez businesses must charge tax if the customer is not a card-carrying band member, and must adhere to age laws. Native smoke shops are notorious for ignoring both of these regulations. The cigarettes themselves are often of illegal origin, and are dirty and distasteful.

The term "dart" is general slang for a cigarette.
