A government characterised by the sexual misconduct of its leaders. A term of political alarmism, it has recently been applied to the regime of Silvio Berlusconi in Italy.

The reign of men such as Rodrigo Borgia, Silvio Berlusconi and Bill Clinton could be described as a pornocracy.
Whilst it is a slur, it does accurately represent the sleaze element of their respective administrations.

IB Program

The International Baccalaureate program or IB Program is a very exclusive program in which the people who created it’s only goal is to drag there student as close to suicide as physically possible without losing their jobs. This program will quite literally make you lose your marbles. You thought you liked school? Not anymore. You thought you liked art? Not anymore. You like Music? Well too fucking bad. This program will crush your hopes and dreams until you are nothing but zombie filled with useless information. As someone in this program i can attest to the shear amount of times you will threaten to quit the program but just can’t bring yourself to do it. IB is a cult. The only positive thing this program will lead to is severe alcoholism, and addiction to narcotics, a deadly STD, or if you get lucky, a stoner who has lost self respect. On the bright side though colleges might like you slightly better! 👍

If i stay in the IB program i might actually hannah baler myself.

IB Program

"International Baccalaureate Programme". An internationally recognized program for academically gifted high school students. Similar to AP, however some may argue that it is more challenging and more unified. This program has special requirements for the students and to get the "IB Diploma," a student must be taking enough HL and SL courses chosen from 6 different categories. In addition, each student must take Theory of Knowledge (TOK) and complete the Extended Essay. Students enrolled in this program will generally be accepted into difficult colleges because they are impressed by the super sacred IB seal that will be attached to the first page of the student's transcript.

austerity program

(ECONOMICS) when a government has to restructure spending by massively cutting social programs, development programs, and subsidies on basic necessities. Often accompanied by taxes increases, especially on lower incomes (since the poor cannot escape tax hikes).

Usually we use the term "austerity program" when the government in question has to backtrack on its ideological commitments. An example of this is France, after June 1982. The Socialist government of Mitterrand had just implemented a raft of major new social welfare programs, and was promptly forced to cut everything back when the deficit ballooned.
